Kisah Diet #2 - Lemon untuk Detox



2 minggu lepas, saya mula detox badan. Sebelum nak diet kena cuci sikit lah usus kita kan. Saya banyak baca info, lemon bagus untuk detox kan badan kita. Jadi, saya pergi beli lemon. Untuk permulaan, 1 biji lemon tu tahan 2 hari lah. Lemon mahal hoit! Saya beli kat Tesco sebiji RM1.19. saya beli 3 biji untuk permulaan. Nak tengok macam mana kan.

Hari pertama minum takde apa pun. Sampai lah hari kelima. Hari kelima, baru saya masuk toilet membuang toksid. Perut tak rasa memulas ke apa. Sekarang saya dah amalkan setiap hari. 2liter air bersamaan sebiji lemon. Kekadang saya tambah lagi seliter.

Cara saya, masa minggu pertama tu, setengah biji lemon saya perah jusnya. Air segelas je. Sebab nak bagi pekat kan. Lepas seminggu, baru saya hiris2 lemon masukkan dalam botol air. Memang akan rasa pahit sikit. Tapi nak kurus kan? Pahit pun hadap kan je lah..
Kalau rajin boleh buat Resepi Master Cleanse Detox.

Tapi saya tak larat lah. Kalau buat detox ni, 3 days in row tak boleh makan apa2. Kena minum air tu je. Jadi saya buatlah cara macam ni.

Sepanjang tempoh detox ni, saya kurangkan makan nasi. 2 hari sekali makan nasi tapi kuantiti dalam 5 suap je. Selebihnya saya banyak makan lauk pauk. Seeloknya kurangkan makan daging. Tapi lepas raya korban ni. Kat rumah tu memang berlambak daging. Tapi saya masih kawal kuantiti daging tu. Minuman bergula pun saya elakkan. Minum air kosong je.  Ada lah jugak terbabas sekali dua.

Memang orang kata minum banyak akan banyak ke toilet. Normal lah tu kan? Takkan kita nak simpan pulak berliter-liter air dalam badan. Next entry saya akan share macam mana nak buang air berlebihan dalam badan.

sebab saya belajar pemakanan, saya nak cakap cara ni tak betul.
kita kena amek carb untuk glucose sbb hanya glucose je boleh jadi tenaga untuk otak. utk pergerakan badan ada tenaga menggantikan glucose dr protein n lemak. tapi kesian otak tak cukup tenaga nak berfikir.
