Makanan untuk meningkatkan metabolisma

Metabolisma adalah proses untuk mengekalkan sel dalam badan kita hidup. Ia adalah kadar kalori yang di bakar oleh badan kita, Orang yang tinggi metabolisma akan memiliki tubuh yang ramping. Metabolisma akan berkurangan mengikut peningkatan usia.

Ada beberapa jenis makanan yang boleh meningkatkan kadar metabolisma kita.
